(First) Representative Director Takashi Ichiyanagi established the company as a privately owned business in Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, and established Fuji Shoko Co., Ltd. in May 1965.
May 1986
Becomes an authorized distributor of Toshiba Corporation.
April 2003
Moriyasu Nakajo was appointed as the second representative director.
April 2008
Tetsuya Otsuka became the third representative director and continues to serve to this day.
February 2012
The company moved to its current location due to business expansion.
